Black edge disappearance technique for seamless splicing screens

However, six years have passed and the flat seam LCD panels on the market have become smaller and smaller, from the previous 6.3mm flat seam to the current 0.88mm, but they still cannot break through the constraints of seamless display with no borders and black edges.

       Seamless LCD screenIt is almost impossible to break through technology, and we can only rely on third-party technology to solve it. The 0mm seamless splicing screen adopts 0mm splicing screen optical seamless technology. Its technical principle is very simple: by covering a layer of special optical glass on the surface of a 0mm splicing screen, the four sides of this glass are diagonally cut, and then through the principle of light refraction, only the 0.1mm black edge gap is hidden and weakened at a certain angle, using the visual blind spot caused by light refraction to avoid splicing.

The principle of seamless LCD splicing screen is to cover the LED lighting device at the original splicing point, which looks like an LED light strip with light beads and circuits inside. We haven't discussed it before. Is there a circuit for the 0mm splicing screen frame? Electronic seamless LED is an analog circuit operation that directly replaces the framework. And the pixel size on the LED light strip is less than P1.5mm, which can display color images. However, the consistency between pixels in LCD screens can only reach 95%, so the original stitching will light up white when lit up. But the black border is indeed 100% gone. Please remember that it has passed, not been hidden or weakened. If it disappears, it can seamlessly display 0mm.
